Today marks 5 years in business for TaylorCare Recruitment. I’m amazed at how far we have come in this time while we also had our fair share of challenges. Some of them I expected but some really challenged me as a businesswoman to my core. It seems nothing in life that is worthwhile, ever comes easy, even a dream job or personal business will require hard work and passion. I’m a natural optimist so the challenges in business have hit me harder at times, as I didn’t see them coming. I’m so grateful for my husband, family, friends & business mentors and coaches who have supported me on this journey and the many amazing business owners who have encouraged me and lent a listening ear to me when I needed it.I’ve learnt that passion, persistence and perseverance have been keys to success for me as a small business owner. You never know what you are made of until you have your own business. I also didn’t know how many hats I would wear each day between running the business, management, sales etc. One learns to be great at multi-tasking!One of my proudest accomplishments in business is the work we have done to support charities through raising awareness, hosting events and donating a percent of profits. We have donated over $11,000 and have helped 8 different charities. We have been a finalist for RCSA Corporate Social Responsibility Awards in 2014 & 2015. I was a finalist for the Pearl Emerging Leader Award 2015. I’m also a Community Ambassador for R U OK? charity in 2018 too.We have placed over 280 people into permanent or contract roles in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Counselling and Nursing. In NSW, NT, WA & VIC across Australia. Many thanks to all our valued Clients and Candidates for working with us and giving us the opportunity to offer you a boutique specialist experience with a recruitment agency like TaylorCare Recruitment! We believe we are making a difference by placing candidates to work with the most vulnerable people groups across Australia and in turn be able to give back to charities through our business.TaylorCare is a small Australian owned business yet we are making a difference one person at a time through the work we do and the funds we raise for charity.“Be the change you wish to see in the world”
