New Year’s resolutions have come and gone. Have you stopped to reflect mid-year on how you’re doing? Are you on track to end 2017 with a BANG?I know how busy life can be for us all and sometimes you wonder how you have time to breathe some weeks let alone set or achieve new goals. What if I said it’s ok to be busy, stressed and at times overwhelmed when you look at the future? I am aware when I’m in a busy season, some weeks I just need to take a few hours out for myself and get a massage or meet up with a friend for lunch. Make sure you do this!Professional development- No matter where you are in your career, make time to invest in training – it gives you fresh ideas and enthusiasm for what you’re doing.I have found following these steps has helped me in setting goals even through the busy periods of life.
