On Friday the 13th of November 2020 TaylorCare Recruitment along with many other highly regarded and award-winning Recruitment companies across Australia came together to celebrate for a moment the achievements of 2020 as an industry and individuals too across many different categories. Normally we would be heading to a Gala Ball at a fancy hotel in Sydney CBD to celebrate this event. Not this year with COVID19 it meant we all had to adapt in business and the awards night was no different.
I was thrilled when we found out that TaylorCare Recruitment was finalist for the two awards we submitted our awards in the following Categories – Best CSR Initiative of the Year 2020 & Specialist Recruitment Company of the Year 2020.
TaylorCare team decided we would dress up and celebrate in style at the Sofitel in Darling Harbour and make a night of the awards even if it was virtual instead of the usual gala ball.

This award win and recognition means the world to us. It has been a turbulent year to every business owner around the world and we are thrilled to not just survive this year, but we are now TRIVING Despite the challenges.
We not only pivoted in the midst of crisis and change with our business model to suit our recruitment clients during this time but we also took on huge new business venture with a Corporate Client offering Telehealth Counselling services to their employees in lockdown in Victoria.
I’m so proud of the work I do as a business owner through recruitment and now into telehealth and I couldn’t do this each day without my amazing staff, clients, family and friends who cheer me on this rollercoaster ride of business especially in the year of a pandemic.
Thank you to the judges, participants and other finalist together we are making an Impact for good in the world and rising to the challenges as they come.

Upon reflection this year has taught me that being adaptable, pivoting to demand, hard work and determination are the key to tackle anything that comes in the future in business.
